Member Eligibility

  • Identity verification: rk888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm member eligibility, including national ID, passport, or other relevant supporting documents.

Account Registration

Account registration at rk888 is free and straightforward. Members are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Information required during registration includes your full name as per your ID, a valid Malaysian phone number, an active email address, and bank account details for withdrawal purposes. All information is stored securely using the latest encryption technology.

  • The registered bank account must be in the same member's name — rk888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
  • Your account password must be unique, strong, and not shared with anyone. rk888 recommends using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Members are fully responsible for all activities that occur within their account, including any activity resulting from failure to maintain proper account security.

Deposit and Withdrawal

Rk888 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods, including FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers to major banks such as Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Hong Leong, Public Bank, and Bank Islam. All financial transactions are processed through secure, registered payment channels.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your rk888 account within seconds of payment confirmation being received from the payment provider. If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request. rk888 processes withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes on business days. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer depending on the operating hours of the respective bank.

  • Withdrawals are only processed to a verified bank account registered under the same member's name. This is a security measure to protect your funds.
  • rk888 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply their own charges.
  • Members are required to complete at least one wagering round (rollover x1) using deposited funds before their first withdrawal is permitted, in order to prevent money laundering.
  • Depositing using a credit card, personal loan, or funds that are not your own is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Bonuses and Promotions

Game Rules

Prohibited Activities

To keep the rk888 platform safe, fair, and enjoyable for all members, certain activities are strictly prohibited. Violating any of the following will result in immediate action, including account freezing or closure and forfeiture of balance:

  • Money laundering: Using the rk888 platform as a channel for money laundering or transferring illegally obtained funds is a serious violation that will be reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Identity fraud: Registering using another person's identity, falsifying documents, or impersonating any individual for any purpose is strictly prohibited.
  • Collusion: Colluding with other players, staff, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage is an act subject to legal prosecution.
  • Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts, using a VPN to deceive the system, or exploiting system bugs to obtain bonuses or wins unlawfully.

  • Chargeback: Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider after using funds on the platform constitutes financial fraud and will be acted upon accordingly.
Strict Warning: rk888 works closely with financial authorities and law enforcement agencies. Any detected fraudulent or illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the members involved.

Account Suspension and Closure

Rk888 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member who violates these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice in cases of serious breaches. For less serious cases, rk888 will endeavour to notify the member and provide an opportunity to clarify the situation before any action is taken.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the rk888 support team. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled and any eligible balance will be returned to the member once all rollover requirements have been met.

  • Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of RM 10 per month, or may be closed at rk888's discretion.
  • Members whose accounts have been closed due to a breach of terms are not eligible to re-register or use rk888 services in any form.
  • If an account is closed due to a terms violation, rk888 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with fraudulent activity while an investigation is conducted.

Security and Privacy

Note: rk888's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
